(SURVEYOR) and Indian River County <br /> (COUNTY) . This Work Order No . 2 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> This Work Order No. 2 is for the SURVEYOR to perform additional services in connection with <br /> the route and topographic survey for design of CR512 Phase 4 . CR512 Phase 4 limits range <br /> from County Road 510 to 1 -95 , all lying in Indian River County, Florida . <br /> SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> As agreed upon between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. and Indian River County, the <br /> SURVEYOR shall provide Professional Land Surveying services to complete all tasks as <br /> outlined in this Work Order No . 2 described as follows : <br /> • Tree Locations: <br /> 1 . Perform field location of approximately 45 trees as identified by the COUNTY. <br /> 2 . Integrate tree locations into existing CR512 Phase 4 route survey AND include in the <br /> appropriate design plan sheets in such a fashion to identify the Topographic feature <br /> AND trees in relationship to the design features . <br /> 3.
