Project shall be completed within thirty (30) business days from Notice to Proceed . <br /> 2. Survey shall be supplied in two forms : <br /> a. As a separate updated topographic survey (Three Hardoopy' s , electronic file) AND <br /> b . As a combined (Three Hardeopy's , electronic file) base map with the design plans <br /> prepared by Masteller & Molar, Inc. of the limits of County Road Phase 4 in such a <br /> fashion to identify the topographic feature AND trees in relationship to the design <br /> features. <br /> SECTION IV — COMPENSATION <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, for services rendered as <br /> identified in Sections I , II , and III of this Work Order No. 2 a lump sum fee of $ 3 , 900 . 00 . <br /> The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein .
