WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 9, 1967 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in regular session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida, <br />on Wednesday, August 9, 1967, at 8:30 A. M. Present were Robert W. <br />Graves, Chairman; D. B. McCullers, Jr., Vice -Chairman; and Jack U. <br />Dritenbas. Absent were Donald Macdonald and Richard P. 8ogosian. <br />Also present were Jack G. Jennings, County Administrator; Thomas <br />Thatcher for Sherman N. Smith, County Attorney; and Alfred H. Webber <br />and Ruth Elliott, Deputy Clerks. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and asked if there <br />were any corrections or additions to, the minutes of July 3, July 12 and <br />July 26, 1967. There were none, and on Motion by Commissioner McCullers, <br />seconded by Commissioner Dritenbas and. unanimously carried, the minutes <br />were approved as written, <br />Motionr.was made by Commissioner Dritenbas, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried, that the Board <br />accepts for maintenance the streets and drainage within the dedicated <br />rights of way and easements as shown on the Plat of Golf Acres Sub- <br />division as recorded in Plat Book 7, <br />records. <br />page 79, Indian River County <br />The County Administrator advised. the Board that Mr. Floyd <br />R. Taylor has completed the street separating Blocks 3 and 4 on the <br />Plat of Glendale Park, recorded in Plat Book 1, page 87, Indian River <br />County records, according to existing County Subdivision regulations, <br />and Motion was made by Commissioner Dritenbas, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and unanimously carried that the Board accepts for maintenance <br />that . portion of 15th Airenue'b,.. extending South from Eight Street to <br />°Seventh Street in Glendale Park.
