Subtask 7.2 — Final Report. Meet with County staff to discuss review comments on the <br /> draft report. Make appropriate revisions to the draft report and prepare a Final Reclaimed <br /> Water System Implementation Plan Report. Submit ten (10) bound copies of the final <br /> report to Indian River County. Electronic copies of all graphics, databases, models and <br /> other supporting documentation will also be provided with submittal of the final report. <br /> Task 8 — FDEP Permit Modifications <br /> This task includes work required to have the entire utility service area of unincorporated <br /> Indian River County included in one or more Reuse Service Areas, consistent with the <br /> recommended implementation plan developed in Task 6 above. <br /> Subtask 8. 1 — Coordination with FDEP during Plan Development. BC will <br /> coordinate with FDEP Central District staff during work on the Reclaimed Water System <br /> Implementation Plan to assure that all regulatory requirements are being considered and <br /> that the work is being focused on providing the information necessary for FDEP to <br /> approve geographical Reuse Service Areas. Included in this effort will be two pre- <br /> application meetings with FDEP staff in Orlando, one at the initiation of work to <br /> communicate the County' s goals and objectives for the project, and the second later in <br /> the project to communicate the County' s proposed plan. <br /> Subtask 8.2 — Applications for Permit Modifications. Prepare applications for WWTF <br /> permit modifications to recognize the proposed Reuse Service Areas. For budgeting <br /> purposes, it has been assumed that FDEP operations permit for one of the four existing <br /> W WTFs will be modified to incorporate the overall service area for the County' s four <br /> WWTFs, which will result in a major permit modification. It is anticipated that the <br /> Reclaimed Water System Implementation Plan Report will include all of the supporting <br /> documentation that FDEP will need to issue the minor permit modifications and that no <br /> Requests for Additional Information (RAIs) will be made. <br /> Task 9 — Meetings and Presentations <br /> In this task, BC will assist County staff in making presentations to the Utility Advisory <br /> Committee (UAC) and the Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) regarding the <br /> Reclaimed Water System Implementation Plan. <br /> Subtask 9. 1 — UAC Meetings. BC will assist County staff in making two presentations <br /> to the UAC . The first presentation will be made at the conclusion of Task 4 to present <br /> the preferred strategy for implementing the expanded reclaimed water system. The <br /> second presentation will be made following the completion of Task 6, but prior to <br /> submittal of the Draft Report, to discuss specific recommendations and follow-on work <br /> activities for expanding the reclaimed water system. <br /> Subtask 9.2 — BoCC Meeting. Following submittal of the Draft Report, BC will assist <br /> County staff in presenting the recommendations of the countywide Reclaimed Water <br /> System Implementation Plan at a regularly scheduled meeting of the BoCC .
