After discussion, Commissioner Bogosian moved that the City of <br />Vero Beach be allowed to take whatever dirt they feel is necessary <br />for use at the Babe Ruth Baseball Field and that the City haul the <br />dirt. If they are unable to do so, the County will haul it. <br />Rosemary Richey, Supervisor of Elections, appeared before the <br />Board advising that it will be necessary to change the polling places <br />in several of the precincts. After discussion, On Motion by Commissioner <br />Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner McCullers, the following Resolution <br />was unanimously adopted: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. " 67-55 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, acting upon the recommendation and approval <br />Of the Supervisor of Elections of that county, that the prior resolutions of <br />this Board establishing each election precinct, district and polling place in <br />this county are herewith amended in order that the polling places shall here- <br />after be at the place hereinafter stated for each of the precincts hereinafter <br />named, to -wit: <br />Election Precinct 3-B. Polling Place; Asbury Methodist Church <br />Election Precinct 4-A. Polling Place: Citrus Elementary School <br />Election Precinct 5-B. Polling Place: Rockridge Community <br />Building <br />and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the polling places for all other <br />election precincts shall remain as heretofore designated and all election <br />precincts shall remain as hereinbefore designated. <br />SEP 2 01967 <br />e a 10 riCE <br />
