Attachement 1 <br /> 4/ 13/2006 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Task A - Permittine <br /> Masteller & Moler, Inc. services include Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) <br /> permitting for the pipeline construction and operation. We will need a permit from the Indian River <br /> Farms Water Control District (IRFWCD). In addition, an Indian River County Utility and Right-of-way <br /> permit and the ACOE Nationwide 14 Permit will be needed. Masteller & Moler, Inc. will prepare the <br /> permit applications and supporting data and submit on behalf of the County. Permit application fees are <br /> not included in this Proposal . <br /> Task B - Construction Services <br /> Masteller & Moler, Inc. will provide assistance during bidding and periodic inspection of the pipeline <br /> system project on an as-needed basis to observe that construction is in reasonable compliance with the <br /> Contract Plans and Permits. We will also attend meetings, review shop drawings and monthly pay <br /> estimates from the contractor. <br />
