of the Board that, this recommendation be complied with. <br />Rosemary Richey, Supervisor of Elections, appeared before the board <br />and, submitted approximate costs necessary to keep her office open five. <br />days a week and to mail out questionnaires to prospectivezjurors. After <br />considerable discussion, it was moved by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded <br />by Commissioner Dritenbas and unanimously carried that the- Board directs <br />the Supervisor of Elections to perform the function of mailing out the <br />questionnaires, receiving and: tabulating them as required by Chapter <br />67-2199, Laws Of Florida; and for this service the Board agrees to pay <br />her actual costs and expenses presently estimated at: Postage and printing <br />$2,500.00 and Extra help to January 1 $1,000.00; and that in addition and <br />as part of this, the Board now directs that the Supervisor of Elections <br />keep her office open five days a week for registration of electors of the <br />County and the performance of her other duties; and for all of this, the <br />Board agrees to pay to the Supervisor of Elections the sum of $6,000.00 <br />as her total annual salary, effective date October 1, 1967. <br />Upon recommendation by the Administrator and motion by Commissioner <br />Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Dritenbas, the plat of Van Triecian <br />Subdivision was tenatively approved. <br />The Administrator requested permission to'replace the bridge at <br />•Kingsberry Road and Lateral A; also to rebuild a bridge at Fellsmere <br />and repair one at Kiwanis-Hobart Park. On Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, <br />seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried the request <br />was approved. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by Commissioner Dritenbas <br />the following resolution was unanimously carried. <br />OCT 41967 <br />
