(SURVEYOR) and Indian River <br /> County (COUNTY). This Work Order No. 4 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> Provide professional Surveying and Mapping services for the purpose of professional <br /> consultation , planning , research , GIS/AutoCADD mapping , data sheet creations and other <br /> related services as needed to complete anticipated tasks County Vertical Control Mapping as <br /> outlined in Sections I , II , III and IV hereon . <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> County wide. <br /> SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> This Work Order No. 4 is for services to perform additional services to the original <br /> scope of services outlined in Work order No. 3. <br /> These additional services are to scan and create a PDF file of each Bench Mark <br /> sheet as it appears in the completed IRCVCN Bench Mark book and GIS data base. <br /> The PDF document will be linked to the GIS data base/map with a hyperlink function <br /> within the ArcMap GIS map application . <br /> Services shall include all related research , consultation , meetings, field and office <br /> professional Surveying and Mapping procedures to accomplish all tasks as outlined in <br /> the attached ( Exhibit "A") hereon . <br /> >C\Documents and Settings\lee.powers\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLK244`,0504 Cnty Vertical Mapping Nick Miller-IRC WO#4 <br /> additional sere 10-23-07-mob.doc <br />
