Attachment 1 <br /> 2/8/2007 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Task B — Construction Plans <br /> Masteller & Moler, Inc. will utilize the route survey and base plans provided and design and prepare <br /> construction plans for a 12" diameter reuse main between 25`h Street SW and 130' Street SW. This <br /> project will connect to the existing 12" reuse main on 25th Street SW and provide for construction of a <br /> 12" reuse main north along the east side of 43rd Avenue with a directional bore under canals and <br /> terminating at 13th Street SW. The estimated length of the proposed 12" reuse main is 8,200' t. Our <br /> plans will show the necessary gate valves, air release valves, directional boring, and construction details. <br /> Task C - Permitting <br /> Masteller & Moler, Inc. services include permitting from the Indian River Farms Water Control District <br /> (IRFWCD). h1 addition, an Indian River County Utility and Right-of-way permit, FDEP Construction <br /> Permit and the ACOE Nationwide 14 Permit will be needed. Masteller & Moler, hic. will prepare the <br /> permit applications and supporting data and submit on behalf of the County. Permit application fees are <br /> not included in this Proposal. <br /> Task D - Construction Services <br /> Masteller & Moler, Inc. will provide assistance during bidding and periodic inspection of the pipeline <br /> system project on an as-needed basis to observe that construction is in reasonable compliance with the <br /> Contract Plans and Permits. We will also attend meetings, review shop drawings and monthly pay <br /> estimates from the contractor. <br />
