When property lines break the existing Right of Way on curve, show tangent bearings or chord <br /> bearings . <br /> 38. Show any replat of a subdivision — show old subdivision when necessary to clear up former <br /> acquisition or old title references — use system of dashed lines, dotted figures, etc. , with ties shown <br /> and name and plat book reference indicated <br /> 39. Stations and Angle Ties to ALL Existing Major and Minor Side Streets (Public Road R/W) as <br /> surveyed and/or calculated. <br /> 40. Show field located P. R. M. /major property comer or parcel ties by station/offset to <br /> baseline/control line. <br /> 41 . Current Street Names <br /> 42 . Any and all surface feature locations (including major trees or vegetation) within 25 feet of the <br /> maintained lines and buildings within 50 feet of maintained lines shall be dimensioned to the line <br /> or control line. Locations of buildings and large structures can be obtained from field and/or <br /> photographic / planimetric methods, note shall be placed on plan as to origin. <br /> 43 .
