When located upon privately owned property within <br />the meaning of this resolution, a vehicle which has not had a current <br />license plate within a six (6) months' period or a vehicle which <br />remains for .a period of at least thirty (30) days in.such a condition <br />that it cannot be started or moved under its own power without the <br />addition of parts or repair is hereby declared to be a vehicle which <br />is no longe serviceable within the meaning of the foregoing law and <br />this resolution. When located upon public property, including the <br />rights -of -ways for all public roads, the respective periods of time <br />shall be five (5) days. <br />2. The discarding, abandoning or accumulation of garbage; <br />trash, junk, debris, parts of vehicles or vehicles which are'no longer <br />serviceable is hereby prohibited within the areas affected by this <br />resolution, except at the places specifically designated as garbage <br />dumps or disposal areas by this Board. <br />3. No person shall use any property as garbage or trash <br />dumps. or for the' accumulation or abandonment of discarded property <br />without having obtained a permit from the office of the County Admini- <br />strator, <br />�8 1967 NOV <br />
