L.a�•'1i'a <br />wm•w!«wrw+.•.•�+�w.�r•.wa.^!w..,..»d.u.r.�«h...wywrw...ww.1s.:..mo...,�.. <br />dl >.it..4.4.../i.b " r .._ .a �... ,, .'i•p <br />. <br />4.: Each owner of property within the area regulated <br />by this resolution upon which there now are or shall hereafter be <br />accumulations of garbage, trash, junk, debris, parts of vehicles <br />or vehicles which are no longer serviceable and other abandoned <br />or discarded property are required to move the same from such <br />property to an authorized garbage or trash dump within ten (10) <br />days after receipt of written notice delivered in person or by <br />United States mails to the. person shown as owner of such property <br />upon the last tax assessment roll of this county. If any person <br />fails to do so within the time provided in the notice, the County <br />Administrator is authorized and directed to remove the same and <br />charge such person with the actual cost thereof and to cause a <br />notice of the actual charge to be recorded in the public records of <br />this county, which charge shall be a lien upon the property from <br />which the removal was made until paid; and when paid, the County <br />Administrator is authorized to certify or record a Satisfaction <br />thereof in the public records of the county. <br />5. Any person who shall place upon any public property, <br />including the rights -of -ways for any public road, any garbage, trash, <br />junk, debris, parts of vehicles or vehicles which are no longer <br />serviceable or any other abandoned or discarded property or any <br />former owner of the same shall remove the same to an authorized <br />garbage or trash dump within twenty-four (24) hours after notice as <br />set forth above; and any such person failing to do so shall be charged <br />the actual cost of moving to an authorized garbage or trash dump, to <br />be paid to the County Administrator for the account of this Board. If <br />the person placing the same upon the public property or public right- <br />of-way or any former owner is unknown, the County Administrator <br />is authorized and directed to forthwith remove the same to an author- <br />ized garbage or trash dump. <br />
