IRC -Work Order No. 8 <br />Kanawha Acres Sub. <br />1/13/2006 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />SECTION IV — TIME FOR COMPLETION <br />Work Order No. 8 shall be completed within 75 Calendar days from Notice to Proceed. <br />SECTION V — COMPENSATION <br />The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, a fee for services rendered <br />according to the "Scope of Services" identified in Section II of this Work Order No. 8, a Lump <br />Sum (not to exceed) of $7,600.00 <br />The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein.
