Provide layout plan/details <br /> We will prepare a layout plan with details and/or photos for a contractor to install new tanks <br /> with interconnecting piping and access for bulk deliveries . A brief phasing plan for removal <br /> and replacement of the wall will be provided. <br /> Coordinate w/ GC to install <br /> We will attend one meeting with one general contractor selected by Indian River County, <br /> assuming that an on- call contractor or change order to a current contract will be let . <br /> SC'. HEDITLE <br /> We will provide these services on a mutually agreed upon schedule . <br /> FFF,S <br /> Consultant will provide these Services as described herein on a lump sum basis for a fee of $4, 500 . <br /> SERVICES NOT PROVIDED <br /> 1 . Bidding phase services, construction phase services, review of submittals , on- site <br /> inspections of work , and coordination of startup of new storage systems is not provided . <br /> 2 . Permitting is not provided, including FDEP permits and building department permits . <br /> Contractor is assumed to pull building permits . <br /> 3 .
