a <br /> Contractor submittals for the water main portion of the project ; and respond to "Requests for <br /> Information" from Contractor related to the water main portion of the project ; and review <br /> Contractor invoices and change order requests related to the water main portion of the project . <br /> Task 6- Water Conflict Construction Inspection : Provide part time project inspector for <br /> duration of time required to comply with FAC 62 - 555 requirements . This scope is based upon the <br /> provision of up to 80 hours (4 hours/conflict crossing) of " on- site " inspection . <br /> Task 7 - " As-Built" Drawing : Using "as-built" survey information provided by the <br /> Contractor ' s surveyor and the Engineer ' s inspection notes , revise construction plans to indicate <br /> "as-built" conditions . Complete and submit "as-builts" to authorities having jurisdiction . <br /> Reimbursable Expenses : Direct reproduction costs , communications , mileage , postage , express <br /> mail , etc . attributable to the completion of this project will be billed to the Client in accordance <br /> with Carter Associates , Inc . standard rate schedule , and shall not exceed the amount indicated for <br /> this Item unless prior approval is obtained from the COUNTY in writing . <br /> ENGINEERING ASSUMPTIONS : <br /> In developing this proposal , CONSULTANT represents to the COUNTY that the following <br /> assumptions have been made and that deviation from these assumptions may require additional <br /> expenditures on behalf of the COUNTY to CONSULTANT . <br /> 1 . No permitting, application , impact and/or testing .fees are included and will be paid for by <br /> the COUNTY or Contractor (as applicable) separately. <br /> 2 . The number of inspection hours is based upon the Contractor performing expedient work and <br /> providing the specified advance notice to the CONSULTANT and IRCUD prior to <br /> performing any water main conflict work . <br /> 3 . No constriction surveying or staking is included with this proposal . <br /> Page 3 of 6 <br />
