X20$ <br />The Notary Public bond of Jas T. Vocelle, in - the sum of $500.00 with the American <br />as surety <br />Surety Company, a corporation,/was approved. <br />The .Notary Public bond of Bertha A. Haffield, in -the sum of X500.00 with the <br />American .Surety 'Company, a corporation, as surety was approved. <br />The ;Votary Public bond of T. J. Cail, in the sum of X500.00 with the American <br />Surety Company, a corporation, as surety was. approved. <br />The Tag Collector filed report of licenses collected for the month of April,1929p <br />showing $46.50 collected for the State and $24.75 collected for the County. <br />Upon motion duly made seconded and carried the county Engineer was in-stru.cted to <br />work in co-operation with the Garden Club and Beautification Committee of Vero Beach, <br />in beautifying the school grounds at the Vero Beach public Schools and to utilize such <br />County machinery as may be necessary in so doing. <br />It 'Was ordered that the sum of X485.92 be appropriated out of the. Publicity Fend <br />for public airpoit at Vero Beach, to be paid as soon as the funds are available. <br />The several bills and account against the County, having been :audited, were examine <br />and Found correct were approved and warrants ordered issued in 'settlement of same. The. <br />said warrants so issued .being listed in the County Finance Record of the County, and <br />made a part of -these minutes as fully and completely as if the same were set .out herein <br />in detail. The said bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the <br />Circuit Court, and which by reference thereto is made a part of these minutes. <br />The County depositories filed their monthly statements of the various funds of the <br />County, showing balance, receipts, disbursements and balance at close of the month of <br />April, which, having been checked, were found to be correct. <br />There being no further business. on motion made, seconded and carried the Board <br />�adj:ourned,until the regular meeting to be held in June. 1929. <br />Yi a 1 r m, a n. <br />�d <br />1 <br />1 <br />I. <br />1 <br />
