RESOLUTION NO. 67- 78 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />did after public hearing make its final report recommending changes and addi- <br />tions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing in <br />relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; Now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following des- <br />cribed property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />e• <br />Beginning at a point on the Northeast boundary line of Lot 40 in <br />Section 21, Fleming Grant, Township 30 South, Range 38 East, <br />according to Berry's Subdivision of the Fleming Grant, revised <br />from Carter Survey, where the said line is intersected by North <br />boundary line of Roseland Road, thence run Southwesterly on the <br />Northerly boundary line of said Roseland Road 65 feet; thence <br />run Northwesterly on a. line parallel to Northeasterly boundary <br />line of said Lot 40, 220 feet; thence run Southwesterly on a line <br />parallel to the North right of way line of Roseland Road a dis - <br />tance of 100 feet to the Westerly line of the Easterly one-half <br />of said Lot 40, 831 feet, more or less, to the water's edge of <br />the Sebastian River; thence run Easterly along the water's edge <br />of the Sebastian River 273 feet to a point which is; measured <br />at right angles to the West boundary line of parcel hereby des- <br />cribed, 165 feet, and which point is the Northeasterly corner <br />of said Lot 40; thence run Southerly on the Northeasterly <br />boundary line of said Lot 40, 881.5 feet, more or less, to <br />point of beginning. <br />The Westerly one-half of that part of Lot 40, in Section 21, <br />Fleming Grant, Township 30 South, Range 38 East, according <br />to Berry's Subdivision of the Fleming Grant, revised from <br />Carter Survey, lying North of County Road, the Easterly line <br />of said Westerly one-half hereby conveyed is a line extending <br />from the North boundary line of said County Road Northwesterly <br />to the Sebastian River an which Easterly line is parallel to the <br />West line of said Lot 40 and which Easterly line is an equal dis- <br />tance from the Westerly line and from the Easterly line of said <br />Tract 40. <br />Begin at the Southeast corner of Lot 36, Section 22, Fleming <br />Grant, Township 30 South, Range 38 East, and from said <br />beginning point run thence Southwesterly on the Southeasterly <br />boundary line of said Lot 36 a distance of 75 feet,' thence run <br />Northwesterly on a line parallel to the Northeasterly boundary <br />r (1(1 'MR BOOK 10 PANE 554 <br />Smith, Heath, Smith & O'Haire, Attorneys At Law, Vero Beach, Florida <br />
