<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
<br />that the Zoning Commission of In-
<br />dian River County, Florida, has
<br />made its final report recommend-
<br />ing the following changes and ad-
<br />ditions to the Zoning Resolution of
<br />Indian River County, Florida, which
<br />changes and additions are sub-
<br />stantially as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be
<br />changed in order that the following
<br />described property, situated in In-

<br />Northeast boundary line of Lot
<br />40 in Section 21, Fleming Grant,

<br />East, according to Berry's Sub-

<br />where the said line is intersected
<br />by North boundary line of Rose-
<br />land , Road, ,thence run South-
<br />westerly on the Northerly bound-
<br />ary line of said Roseland Road
<br />65 feet; thence run Northwester-
<br />ly on a line parallel to North-
<br />easterly boundary, line of said
<br />Lot 40, 220 feet; thence run
<br />Southwesterly on a line parallel
<br />to the North right of way line
<br />of Roseland Road a distance of
<br />100 feet to the Westerly line of
<br />the Easterly one-half of said Lot
<br />40, 831 feet, more or less, to the
<br />water's edge of the Sebastian
<br />River; thence run Easterly along
<br />the water's edge of the Sebastian
<br />River 273 feet to a point which
<br />is, measured at right angles to
<br />the West boundary line of parcel
<br />hereby described, 165 feet, and
<br />which point is the Northeasterly
<br />corner of said Lot 40; thence run
<br />Southerly on the Northeasterly
<br />boundary line of said Lot 40,
<br />881.5 feet, more or less, to point
<br />of beginning.

<br />Wednesday, December 20, 1967, at
<br />9:00 o'clock A. M., after which,
<br />said Board will take action there-
<br />on with respect to said final report
<br />or with respect to any other
<br />changes in zoning of said above
<br />described propertyor any lesser
<br />or greater area in the vicinity of
<br />said property or pertaining to said
<br />proposed change as shall appear
<br />proper.
