B The CONTRACTOR shall carefully preserve all control stakes, benchmarks, <br />reference points and property corners and will be responsible for any mistake or <br />loss of time caused by their unnecessary loss or disturbance. If the Toss or <br />disturbance of the stakes or marks cause a delay in the Work, the CONTRACTOR <br />shall have no claim for damages or extension of time. Control stakes, <br />benchmarks, reference points and property corners disturbed by the <br />CONTRACTOR's work shall be replaced by a Florida Registered Land Surveyor <br />and Mapper, at the CONTRACTOR's expense. In the event the Owner must <br />provide the services of the Florida Registered Surveyor and Mapper to perform <br />this replacement work, the cost of the surveying services will be deducted from any <br />sums due the CONTRACTOR for the work performed under this Contract. <br />C. All survey work shall be performed under the guidance and direction of a Florida <br />Registered Surveyor and Mapper. <br />D All survey work for Record Drawings shall be performed by a Florida Registered <br />Surveyor and Mapper. <br />1.3 STATION BOARDS <br />A.
