Who will identify
how and to what extent the Baffles need to be repaired.
ANSWER NO. 1
Sheet C2.20 clearly shows the wood blocking, wood supports, steel, and hardware needed to repair
baffles 4 and 5.
QUESTION NO. 2
General Question: Due to the possibility of lead contamination to the Baffles, does the County see
the need for a lead inspection. The
Baffle repairs include adding material to the baffles and do not require any material removal.
QUESTION NO. 3
The plans say to use Hog wire fence material but the detail on page c2.10 show a barbed wire style
fence. Which style do they actually want installed?
ANSWER NO. 3
The fence detail has been revised and is included on the attached Sheet C2.10. The proposed fence will
match the existing fence and consists of both hog wire and barbed wire.
QUESTION NO. 4
On the fence post material specification it calls for cedar post, will the county except a substitute of
PT post instead?
ANSWER NO. 4
The fence detail has been revised and is included on the attached Sheet C2.10.
