QUESTION NO 5 <br />Can we burn clearing onsite or stock pile onsite somewhere, so we can save them hauling and dump fees. <br />ANSWER NO. 5 <br />The contractor is required to abide by all federal, state, and local regulations for the disposal of <br />material. The shooting range will remain in operation during construction so no burning will be <br />permitted. The contractor may stockpile debris in areas impacted by the proposed improvements, <br />however, the contractor is responsible for removal of debris from the site. <br />QUESTION NO. 6 <br />I did not see a spec for top soil, can we just use clean general fill? <br />ANSWER NO. 6 <br />Section 162 of the Technical Special Provisions covers topsoil.
