March 11, 2014 <br />Ag-Scape Services, Inc. <br />Attn: Mr. Shane Barry <br />1344 33rd Ave SW <br />Vero Beach, FL 32968 <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />NOTICE OF AWARD <br />Reference: Indian River County Bid No. 2014026 <br />Indian River County Public Shooting Range Skeet and Trap Facility Improvements Phase 1, <br />Alternate 2 <br />Dear Mr. Barry: <br />I am pleased to inform you that on March 11, 2014, the Board of County Commissioners awarded the above - <br />referenced project to your company. The following documents are required before the applicable County <br />department can issue a "Notice to Proceed" letter. <br />1. Public Construction Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount ($100,119.00 — which reflects <br />your total bid for Alternate 2). <br />2. Two Signed Copies of Enclosed Agreement. <br />3. Certificate of Insurance, must name Indian River County as an additional insured and must provide for a <br />30 day Notice of Cancellation. <br />Please submit the documents to this office at the address provided below no later than March 26, 2014.
