<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN,
<br />THAT THE BOARD OF COUNTY
<br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN
<br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, will
<br />:receive sealed bids to the hour of
<br />9:00 o'clock A. M. on Wednesday,
<br />January 10, 1968, and at said time
<br />;publicly open the same at a meet-
<br />ing of said Board to be held in
<br />the County Commissioners room,
<br />Indian River County Courthouse,
<br />Vero Beach, Florida, for sale to
<br />,the County the following described
<br />property:
<br />Two (2) new 1968 two -door
<br />coupes as setforth in specifica-
<br />tions.
<br />One (1) 1963, eight cylinder,
<br />4 door Chevrolet sedan to be
<br />taken in trade. Value of said
<br />Chevrolet to be subtracted from
<br />the Net price of the two (2)
<br />r new 1968 two -door coupes.

<br />The Chairman read the foregoing Notice and sealed bids were
<br />received and opened as follows:
<br />Dependable Dodge $3,885.40
<br />Fred Coyne Chevrolet Company 3,180.96
<br />Arnold Ford 3,417.80
<br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by
<br />Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried that the low bid
<br />off Fred'Coyne Chevrolet of $3,180.96 be accepted, subject to the
<br />County Administrator's certification that they meet specifications.
<br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by
<br />Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried, the Administrator
<br />was authorized to paint the Roseland Community Building at a cost
<br />of $375.00 as requested by the Roseland's Women's Club.
<br />'The request for a street light by the.residents of Beachwood
<br />Estates at the Old Dixie Highway and the entrance to Whispering
<br />Palms Subdivision was rejected, as the intersectioni4oes nalreet
