N• <br /> a ! q9 <br /> BRIDGE REPLACEMENTS AND WIDENING OF 66TH AVENUE <br /> FROM SOUTH OF SR 60 TO NORTH OF 57TH STREET <br /> IRC PROJECT NUMBER 0545 <br /> PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEERING, GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING <br /> AND LAND SURVEYING SERVICES <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 12 TO THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING/LAND SURVEYING <br /> SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN ,ARCADIS US, Inc. AND INDIAN RIVER <br /> COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br /> This is an amendment to the existing Engineering/Land Surveying Services Agreement <br /> (AGREEMENT) dated September 6, 2005 between ARCADIS US , Inc. (ENGINEER) and <br /> Indian River County (COUNTY). This amendment addresses changes in " Section I — Project <br /> Limits and Description" and " Section V - Compensation" . <br /> Amendment Description <br /> This Amendment includes the following. <br /> "SECTION I - PROJECT LIMITS AND DESCRIPTION" is being modified to incorporate <br /> the following. <br /> Plans have been prepared for the construction of 60h Avenue from south of SR 60 to north of <br /> 57d' Street. <br /> Indian River County has requested plan modifications to relocate detention pond number 8 <br /> towards the south and to revise the limits of work along 49h street. The plans, cross sections, <br /> drainage structure sheets, and pavement marking plans will be revised to reduce the limits of the <br /> work along 49`h Street and relocate pond number 8 . <br /> A new median opening and driveway will be shown at approximate station 193 +00. The median <br /> opening will include a southbound uAurn lane and northbound left turn lane. The driveway width <br /> will be 24-feet wide and will include an urban flare curb opening. <br /> The limits of the paving along 33`d Street will be extended to the west to approximately station <br /> 386+00 (approximately 340 feet west) . The paving will be detailed on the plans and cross <br /> sections . In addition to this, miscellaneous plan modifications to driveways, culverts, storm <br /> drains, and other related items have been requested to reduce future maintenance costs and <br /> address property owner concerns. <br /> The County has requested professional services during the construction phase.
