<br />The Chairman read the foregoing Notice and a sealed bid
<br />was received and opened as follows:
<br />Kelly Tractor Company (used:Rake) $2,365.00
<br />Kelly Tractor Company (new Rake) 2,920.00
<br />On the recommendation of the Administrator, a Motion was
<br />made by Commissioner Dritenbas, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald
<br />and unanimously carried that the bid on the used rake from Kelly
<br />Tractor Company of $2,365.00 be accepted.
<br />The Administrator read a letter from Vero Beach Fire Equipment
<br />Company regarding new fire control equipment needed in the addition
<br />to the Courthouse. A Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald,
<br />seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried that the
<br />Administrator be authorized to purchase the,needed fire equipment,
<br />2 21 gallon fire extinguishers from the Vero Beach Fire Equipment
<br />Company at a cost of $25.00 each, 1 #l0 ABC Dry Chemical at $46900
