Sheet Metal Company <br />$5,850.00 <br />6,951.00 <br />4,139.00 <br />2,190.00 <br />4,275.00 <br />3,875.00 <br />At the bid opening, Mr. James West of. D. & J. Sheet Metal <br />informed the Board that his bid of $3,.875.00 was incorrect because <br />of a clerical error in extending unit prices of equipment. He <br />requested permission to withdraw this bid. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner'Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried that the bids <br />be tabulated and compared by the Administrator and that he <br />report on them at a later meeting of the Board. <br />Mr. Harold McKinney appeared before the Board with a <br />petition from land owners in the New Pompay Subdivision <br />requesting that the County provide them with a passable road <br />from Oslo Road south to their Subdivision. He was advised that <br />the Administrator would work with him and that he should acquire <br />the regular fifty foot right-of-way deeds or easements to the <br />County so that they could take further action. <br />*AOC <br />APR 101968 <br />
