<br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by
<br />Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried that the County
<br />Administrator be directed to write to
<br />the Trustees of the
<br />Internal Improvement Fund reviewing prior County actions on
<br />the application of Norbert F. Stanny and to advisoe the Trustees
<br />that if further administrative action of the County is required
<br />it would be necessary for the County to follow its procedure
<br />of Notice for Public Hearing in accordance with Resolution
<br />68-16.
