Scoreboards — located at the south end of each field — not centered — about 50 feet from one <br /> side of field and close to the fence that surrounds the fields . <br /> G . Thorguardian Advanced Warning System for lightning. <br /> H . PA Systems — Contractor must supply make, model and specifications for the proposed <br /> system . <br /> I . Landscaping and irrigation — proposed trees, irrigation around those tree areas, <br /> J . Construction of 4 parking areas to fill in rest of park. <br /> K. Fencing for Multi- Purpose Fields — the fencing is proposed to be black vinyl coated fence, 6' <br /> high, total of 6 gauge which includes the vinyl coating. The plans show 4' high fence, but 6' <br /> height is proposed . <br /> L. Another part of this project is replacing the fencing for the Multi - Purpose baseball fields at <br /> north end of park. There is some rework on the backstops as outlined in the specifications . <br /> Aside from that, the work is limited to removal and replacement of the fabric/wire mesh and <br /> adjustment of posts and braces . Bottom rail will be added to the bid items . <br /> Jerry Davis, Indian River County ' Purchasing Manager, stated that bids will be turned into <br /> Purchasing, by 2 :00 p . m . on Wednesday, November 21St, 2012 . Please ensure all forms are <br /> submitted and signed/notarized ( in ink) where required .
