Contractor shall provide and install 2 each 52 " " Hunter" ceiling fans (exterior <br /> quality) , or substitute as approved by Owner. <br /> e . Contractor shall provide and install 1 each 30 gallon water heater. <br /> f. Contractor shall provide and install 1 each composite mop sink. <br /> g . Contractor shall provide and install 1 each triple compartment stainless steel <br /> sink. <br /> h . Contractor shall provide and install 1 each lavatory sink , by True , Model No . <br /> GDMA 9 , or substitute as approved by Owner. <br /> i . Contractor shall provide epoxy resin non-slip flooring with integral cove base <br /> throughout building . <br /> j Contractor shall provide exhaust fan . <br /> 7 . Bathrooms — Women ' s side shall have total 8 stalls - all toilets (one must be <br /> handicap) and men ' s side shall have 4 toilets (one must be handicap) and 4 <br /> urinals . Also , minimum 4 lavatories shall be installed on women ' s side and 4 <br /> lavatories installed on men ' s side . Building must have accessible plumbing <br /> chase between men 's and women ' s restrooms . <br /> a . Electrical : All wiring and components must meet codes . All outside <br /> G . F . I . C . ' s must have , weather-proofed boxes and covers . <br /> b . Plumbing : <br /> 1 . Water Closets : Elongated bowls , American Standard , Eljer, or equal . <br /> 2 . Flush Valves : Sloan , Royal , or equal w/one ( 1 ) inch supply line <br /> 3 . Seats : Open front ( Handicap , also supply grab bars) <br /> 4 . Urinal : Flush valve : Sloan , Royal , or equal with 3/ inch supply line . <br /> Rough waste in at handicap level . <br /> 5 . Lavatory: Shall be wall carrier mounted with handicap goose-neck <br /> faucet with wrist handles (4 in each bathroom — men ' s and women 's) <br /> 6 . Floor drains : 3" floor drains shall be installed . Josan , Smith , or equal <br /> 7 . Trap primers : Josan , Smith or equal <br /> 8 . Minimum one ( 1 ) hose bibb in each restroom <br /> 9 . Install exhaust fans in each restroom <br /> 10 . All restrooms shall comply with all ADA requirements <br /> 11 . Tie in to County water and County sewer <br /> 12 . Install all partitions needed in the bathrooms including urinal partitions <br /> 13 . Install 2 on 52 " exterior quality ( Hunter) ceiling fans in each bathroom with <br /> wall switches <br /> 14 . Install standard size mirrors above lavatories . <br /> 15 . Install 3 electrical hand driers in the women ' s restroom and 3 electrical <br /> hand driers in the men ' s restroom . <br /> 16 . Install toilet paper holders for each toilet . <br /> 17 . Provide soap dispenser for each lavatory . <br /> 18 . Provide exterior lights at all entrances with photo cells . <br /> 19 . Provide all handicap bars , rails , signage , etc . .as required by A . D .A. . <br /> 20 .
