Office <br /> A . 1 office area shall be provided with a minimum of 100 sq . ft. <br /> 1 . Contractor to provide and install 1 " Hunter" 52 " ceiling fan <br /> (exterior quality) or substitute as approved by Owner. <br /> 2 . Provide and install 2 impact resistant windows . Minimum <br /> size 24"x 30" . Windows shall be able to open as needed . <br /> 3 . Office shall have separate access with ADA accessible <br /> metal door. <br /> 4 . Office shall have a closet . Minimum size of closet shall be 15 <br /> sq . ft . and must have locking door. Closet shall have light with <br /> wall switch . <br /> 9 . Building permit fees to be paid by Indian River County . All other fees to be <br /> paid by Contractor. <br /> 10 . Provide ThorGuardian advanced warning system for lightning by Thor <br /> Guard (or substitute as approved by Owner) to the concession/bathroom <br /> building . <br /> 11 . Provide four (4) P .A. systems ( pole mounted ) .
