Mr. Kenneth Black <br />7. <br />Mr. Francis O'Brien <br />Board of Public Instruction <br />State Welfare <br />Indian River County Health <br />Department <br />United Fund <br />Indian River Memorial Hospital <br />* Indicates members presently serving on the Board of Directors of <br />the Economic Opportunities Council of Indian River County, Inc. <br />The Clerk was directed to advise the Office of Economic Opportunity <br />of these appointments. <br />The County Administrator presented a tentative plat of a <br />Subdivision known as Green Bay Subdivision and recommended its <br />tentative approval with the btipulation that a minimun 20 foot <br />set back be shown on the plat book. A Motion was made by Commissioner <br />Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Bogosian and unanimously <br />carried and the recommended tentative approval was given for <br />Green Bay Subdivision subject to the set back being shown on the <br />plat book. <br />Mrs. Rosemary -Richey, Supervisor of Registration appeared <br />before the Board stating that the present voting place for Precinct <br />4B was becomming too small to accommodate the voting public of <br />that precinct. She stated that the Community Center in Vero Beach <br />Highlands would be large enough for the needs and. Commissioner <br />Dritenbas was requested to look into the matter. <br />Mr. Harold McKinney, resident of the area of the Pompey <br />Subdivision appeared in regard to the rebuilding of the road to <br />that area. He was advised that the County' Right-of-way Department <br />would assist him in preparing the deeds needed to be instrumented <br />before the one-half mile road can be reconstructed by the County. <br />The County Administrator advised that at the meeting on <br />April 10, 1968 when bids were received by the County for two <br />7% ton heat pumps and twelve window unit air conditioners' he <br />APR 24 1968MIng XIf <br />
