April 30, 1968 enclosing the application of Lloyd and Associates <br />on behalf of J. T. Gilbert, et ux, for the purchase of certain <br />submerged lands in Trustees of Internal Improvement File No. <br />1972-31-253.12, are advised that this Board objects to the proposed <br />sale of subject land on the grounds that this application to purchase <br />has not been submitted to this Board in accordance with the <br />provisions of Indian River County. Resolution 68-16. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner Dritenbas, the request of the Administrator to construct <br />ambulance driveways to the Jail and Ambulance }wilding at a cost <br />of approximately $500,00 was unanimously approved. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers and the travel of the Board of County <br />Commissioners, the Administrator and the County Attorney to Fort <br />Lauderdale on May lst to the State Road Department was unanimously <br />approved. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Mceulle'rs, seconded by <br />Commissioner Dritenbas and unanimously carried that the Administrator <br />advise Mr. Sutherland that the Board will sell the Pahorsky Property <br />for $2,500.00. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Dritenbas, the request of the Clerk to purchase an <br />adding machine, cost not to exceed $100.00 was unanimously approved. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Dritenbas the following Item to Item Transfer was <br />unanimously approved: <br />ITEM TO ITEM TRANSFER <br />General Fund From To <br />a/c 90196 Contingencies $400.00 <br />a/c 20804 Juvenile Court Travel $400.00 <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers the application of Charles F. Bailey to <br />enter a Florida State Tuberculosis was unanimously approved. <br />eou AGE233 <br />MAY 8 1968. <br />
