Mrs. Welton and Mr. Long of Tropicolony Subdivision appeared before the Board requesting that the pond in the County owned public park there not be filled. They stated that the citizens of Tropicolony would maintain the pond if the County would clean the growth from it at this time. The Board decided to table the matter until the next meeting. A Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Dritenbas and unanimously carried that the minutes of this Board of August 7, 1962, Minute Book 7, Page 755 be corrected in order that the Motion there appearing establishing the following right-of-way requirements for Indian River Drive be changed to appear as Indian River Boulevard as was originally intended. On a Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner McCullers, the application by Florida Power and Light to construct submarine cable across Sebastian Creek was unanimously approved. A Motion was made by Commissioner Dritenbas, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried that the Administrator was authorized to correct eight items in various sections of the •County at a cost of thirty-five or forty dollars each to comply with the request of the insurance carrier, On a Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner McCullers, the request of the Administrator that Mrs. Anne Garrison become a Notary Public was unanimously approved. Upon a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Dritenbas the request of the Administrator to construct concrete ramps to the entrance of the Courthouse Annex was unanimously approved. A Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried that the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of the State of Florida by advised by the Administrator that the Board has received their letter of MAY 8 1' oaox 11 PAG 232
