Mr. Christopher 1. Kafer, Jr., P.E. <br /> August T'', 2013 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> Additional Surveying Services: <br /> Our surveying consultant, Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. (MMRT) has requested the following additional services for <br /> additional surveying information needed, not originally in the contract as well as modifications to Datum due to a County <br /> code change. The scope and fees for this service are specifically noted below: <br /> Task 1 - Datum Conversion: <br /> Since the execution of our contract, the County has adopted NAVD '88 as the datum for new projects. As such, our <br /> completed surveying services need to be converted from NGVD '29 elevations to NAVD '88 elevations as follows: <br /> 1 . Verify vertical control, including primary benchmark and site benchmark as necessary for existing topographic <br /> survey, MMRT project no. 6600, dated 7/27/12. <br /> 2 . Convert all previously obtained elevations obtained during prior surveys of the South County Park property <br /> from National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 to the North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Revise all labeling <br /> and related notes accordingly. <br /> 3 . Revise Flood Zone map and related information to current per revised flood maps dated 12/4/12. <br /> 4. Prepare new topographic survey of the South County Park property. <br /> 5 . Upon completion, provide one digital file and ten (10 ) signed sealed copies for submittal as needed. <br /> 6. Task 1 does not include the procurement of any additional field collected data for this project. <br /> MMRT propose to perform the above described Task I scope of services for a lump sum fee of $3,600.00. <br /> Task 2 or Oslo Road Right of Waw <br /> Existing as-built information for Oslo Road's recently completed improvements is not available in AutoCad format from <br /> IRC, we will provide this service along the frontage of the South County Park site as follows: <br /> 1 . Locate and obtain elevations within the Oslo Road right of way from the median north to the property line. <br /> 2 . Integrate with existing topographic survey and prepare updated topographic survey as necessary. <br /> MMRT propose to perform the above described Task 2 scope of services for a lump sum fee of $900.00. <br /> SUMMARY OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES REQUEST: <br /> A/E Fee Adjustment: $239,283 .00 <br /> Additional Surveying Services: S 4.500.00 <br /> Total Additional Services: $243,783.00 <br /> NOT INCLUDED IN SCOPE OF SERVICES: <br /> The following services are not included within our scope of services and fee proposal : <br /> A. Geotechnical Engineering services. <br /> Be Environmental Consulting Services. <br /> Co Traffic Engineering / Studies. <br /> D. Food Service Consultant. <br /> E. Audio Visual/Security/Communications Equipment Design [design incl. conduit only] . <br /> F . LEED Services / Commissioning. <br /> G. Interior Design Services [incl . material selection boards, interior renderings, FF&E] . <br /> H . Public Presentations (other than noted herein) . <br /> I . Models or Renderings (other than noted herein) . <br /> J . Permit Review Fees. <br /> K. Submission printing beyond what is noted in not-to-exceed reimbursable expenses. <br /> L. Lacrosse field design and lighting plans. <br />
