(B + P) are pleased to provide this scope and fee proposal for the above referenced project for your review and consideration . rhe project's scope, as we understand it, is described below: Develop Architectural and Engineering design and contract documents for a two phase, approximately 40, 000 sq . ft. Intergenerational Recreation Facility at South County Regional Park in Vero Beach , FL . It is also our understanding that the project budget for this project is $ 5 , 500, 000 . 00 for Phase One development and that the construction budget for Phase One development is approximately $ 4, 400, 000 . 00. Our proposal is primarily based on information noted in RFQ 4 2012024 and our scoping meeting on 03 . 04 . 12 . It is understood the project will be developed in at least two (2) construction phases with programming, master planning and schematic design for the both phases being completed which would include up to a 40, 000 sq . ft. building and construction documents completed for Phase One only. The exception is Civil Engineering services, which will be completed for both Phases One and Two during Phase One development. The project generally consists of the following: Phase One: -20, 000 — 40, 000 sq .ft. Intergenerational Recreation Facility -Vehicular access to proposed 600 parking space improvements from Oslo Road (9' Street SW) - Pedestrian connection to existing park -Stormwater management system design for primary site and parking -Stormwater management system design for treatment and attenuation for the County' s proposed four (4) Lacrosse fields. ( Design of Lacrosse fields are not in scope) Phase Two: -20, 000 25, 000 sq . ft. Intergenerational Recreation Facility expansion Specific program elements are defined in RFQ # 2012024 are to be considered for the development of this project and is the basis for which the team has developed our scope and fee proposals .
