E . <br /> March 13", 2012 <br /> Page 2 of 6 <br /> ARCHITECTURAL / ENGINEERING SCOPE OF SERVICES: <br /> PHASE 1 — Data Collection <br /> Data Collection includes preparation and attendance at a project kickoff meeting and developing meeting minutes. B + P will <br /> gather any and all existing documents Indian River County (IRC) has available with regards to existing development on or <br /> adjacent to the site in question . <br /> PHASE 1 — PROGRAMMING AND MASTER PLANNING PHASE: <br /> The initial step will be to produce a Program Document for the building, identifying individual spaces, finishes and functional <br /> requirements for those spaces within the building. Program elements will be prioritized through programming meetings with <br /> the County. This will be accomplished through a series of meetings and discussions with the County and any and all <br /> stakeholders. <br /> Through meetings with the County, B + P will establish a theme or style for the Intergeneration Recreation Facility and develop <br /> bubble diagrams which will be refined to a conceptual floor plan and elevations for the County's review and comment. B + P <br /> will make minor revisions to each building per the County's comments . Site master plan options will be considered and at a <br /> minimum, the B + P team will consider a site master plan locating retention on the primary site and another option locating <br /> retention on a neighboring site. <br /> The building's program will be the basis for the schematic design . <br /> A. Acquire any and all existing documents from IRC. <br /> Be Review zoning requirements for compliance of the proposed building and site improvements. <br /> C. Develop Program Booklet. <br /> D. Conduct code research . <br /> E. Prepare a Preliminary Cost Estimate. <br /> PHASE 1 — SCHEMATIC DESIGN PHASE: <br /> Based on an approved and accepted program and phasing plan , the B + P team will develop Schematic level design <br /> documents for the facility and site improvements . The Owner will review the 100 % schematic design and provide comments <br /> which will be incorporated into the Design Development phase. Once the final concepts are approved by the County, a <br /> maximum of one ( 1 ) rendered floor plan and two (2) 3-D views of the Intergenerational Recreation Facility will be developed <br /> for the County 's use and presentation purposes . <br /> The B + P team will prepare applications and plans as well as attend the IRC Pre-Application Meeting to introduce the project <br /> to IRC permitting departments. <br /> The B + P team will prepare applications and plans as well as attend IRC Technical Review Committee Meetings (TRC) to <br /> gather input and ultimately gain Site Plan Approval , <br /> The B + P team will conduct a Public Informational Meeting to the public at large or to County Commissioners at a separately <br /> held workshop or County Commission meeting. <br /> A. Acquire any and all existing documents from County. <br /> Be Review zoning requirements for compliance of the proposed building and site improvements. <br /> C. Generate schematic designs. <br /> D. Attend a maximum of one ( 1 ) IRC Pre-Application meeting. <br /> E . Attend maximum of two (2) IRC TRC Meetings , <br /> F. Attend maximum of one ( 1 ) meeting with the County to discuss schematic design. <br /> G . Finalize selected concept and incorporate County's comments . <br /> H . Develop a Schematic Design Cost Estimate, <br /> I . Complete and deliver Schematic Design Package. <br />
