V . <br /> ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> 66TF � AVENUE PAVING AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> BETWEEN 4T " STREET AND SR60 <br /> IRC PROJECT NO , 9810B <br /> THIS is an amendment to the existing AGREEMENT dated NOVEMBER 17 , 1998 , including <br /> AMENDMENTS NUMBER I through 16 , between CARTER ASSOCIATES , INC . (ENGINEER) and INDIAN <br /> RIVER COUNTY ( COUNTY ) . The proposed scope of work includes Design for water main extensions that <br /> includes : an additional 234 linear feet of 4 - inch diameter water main along the east side of 66 ` " Avenue, south of <br /> 4th Street and an additional 1 , 300 linear feet of 4 - inch diameter water main along the east side of 66 `" Avenue <br />, <br /> north of 8 "' Street , inspections and final certification of completion . All provisions of the original Professional <br /> Engineering Services Agreement including Amendment Nos . I through 16 shall remain in fiill force and effect, <br /> unless otherwise specifically modified . This amendment addresses changes in " SCOPE OF SERVICES " , <br /> " COMPENSATION" and "TIME OF COMPLETION " of the AGREEMENT . <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> See attached letter from Carter Associates , Inc . dated July 27 , 2012 , ( Exhibit A ) which specifies changes <br /> in the " SCOPE OF SERVICES " and " COMPENSATION " . <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> This section of the AGREEMENT entitled SECTION V - COMPENSATION shall be revised in response <br /> to the Scope modifications set out herein .
