The charges associated with the AGREEMENT (which include changes from Amendments I through 16 and <br /> these additional services included in proposed Amendment 17) , shall be increased from $ 699 , 515 . 00 to <br /> $ 703 , 555 . 00 . <br /> The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein .
