F'_212 <br />time, and having been considered, each resolution separately, no action was ordered <br />t aken. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County, were examined by the Board, and <br />approved, and warrants ordered issued in settlement of same. such bills and accounts <br />being on file in the office of the Clerk and which by reference thereto is made a part <br />of these minutes. The warrants so issued in settlement of such accounts, from.the <br />xe7ww various funds of the County being listed completely in the county Finance record <br />and &istributed according to law, and which said list so recorded, and the County Finanof <br />record itself, is made a part of these minutes as fully and completely as if the said <br />warrants so issued were set out herein in detail. <br />The County -Depositories filed their monthly statements of the various accounts of <br />the s everal funds, which having been checked over were found to be correct. <br />There being no further business the Board adjourned until the next regular meeting, <br />unless sooner called together by order of the Chairman. <br />ATTEST: <br />C 1 e rk. _ <br />FRIDAY, J'iH+TE 21st 1929. <br />rman. <br />The Board of County commissioners in and for Indian River county, Florida, met at <br />the Court House in Vero Beach, at 2 o'clock P.X.on Friday, June 21st 1929s with the <br />following members of the Board present: Albert 0. Helseth, Chairman; J. D. Yongue; <br />J. V1. laBruee; J. J. P. Hamilton and John H. Atkin. .Also present were Miles vrarren,Cle <br />and Clark S. Rice, Sheriff. <br />The Chairman announced the special meeting was called for the purpose of consid <br />the erection of a temporary jail and such other matters as may properly come before the <br />Bo ard. <br />The following resolution was received and read from Osceola County, Florida, Board <br />of County Commissioners, and the same vas ordered accepted in full: <br />RE -S O LU T I 0 N. <br />YMEM Osceola County, has heretofore made provision for the expense of <br />supporting and guarding while at work on the public roads, a larger number of prisoners <br />than is supplied at the present time from Osceola County, and <br />VMREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County desires <br />to hire out its prim ners to Osceola County t be worked upon the public roads, b ridges <br />and other public work in Osceola County, and <br />4MREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has made the <br />following proposition to the Board of County Commissioners of Osceola County, to -wit: <br />That Indian River County will furnish all able bodied male convicts to <br />Osceola County for the sum of $1,00 per month for all prisoners serving 60 days or more.. <br />Provided Osceola County pays transportation bothways on all prisoners used from Indian <br />River County, and <br />VMREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Osceola County .deems it for the <br />best interest of Osceola County to accept the proposition made by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Provided Indians River County will refund to. <br />Oseedia, County, such transportation f ees as may be paid by Osceola County, on any convi <br />who is released before the expiration of his 60 days sentence. <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />
