that he had so requested. <br />The Sheriff filed with the Board a statement of his appointment <br />of Robert D. Jett as Deputy Sheriff, whose voting precinct is No. 4 A <br />and the said Deputy Sheriff filed his bond with the Clerk of the <br />Circuit Court, which was presented to the Board. On a Motion made <br />by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Bogosian and <br />unanimously carried the bond of said Deputy Sheriff was approved <br />and ordered filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Macdonald the applications of Jack A. Thomas and <br />-George Edward Leach for pistol permits were unanimously approved. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by <br />Commissioner Dritenbas that the State Witness Payrolls for the. <br />Circuit Court, Spring Term in the amount of $397.04; Circuit Court, <br />Spring Term for $78.96; and for the County Court, Spring Term in the <br />amount of $90.00 were unanimously approved. <br />The Monthly Reports of the County Service Officer, the County <br />Agricultural Agent and the County Welfare Case Worker were received <br />and placed on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court. <br />The Clerk submitted the Clerk's Tentative Budget to the Board, <br />as required by law,•and on Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, <br />seconded by Commissioner Dritenbas and unanimously carried, the <br />same was received and ordered filed. <br />JUL 10 <br />
