Upon a Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner Graves and unanimously carried that therecommendations <br />of the Zoning Commission were approved for the zoning change for the <br />lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of Pinewood Subdivision from R. 1 <br />to C.1 and the Zoning Commission was authorized to hold Public Hearing <br />on August 19,_ 1968 at 7:30 o'clock P. M. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Graves, seconded by <br />Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously carried that the Administrator <br />be authorized to have four broken windows in. the New Health Building <br />replaced at a'cost not to exceed $125.00. <br />The County Attorney reported on his.findings regarding certain <br />'islands in the south fork of the Sebastian River. He stated that <br />to determine the County wherein these islands lie would require the <br />services of surveyors and engineers, that ownership might be by the <br />United States of America, the State of Florida or some private person. <br />Upon a Motion made by Commissioner Graves, seconded by <br />Commissioner Macdonald, the out of County travel for Forrest N. <br />�--'1 McCullers, County Agricultural Agent, to the Indian River Field <br />Laboratory in Fort Pierce on July 11 and theexpenses of Rosemary <br />Richey, Supervisor of Elections to attend the twenty third annual <br />convention of the Florida State Association of Supervisors of <br />Elections to be held August 14,15,16 and 17 at Jacksonville were <br />unanimously approved. <br />The Report of Inspection of County Jails and County Prisons <br />from the Florida Division of Corrections was received and ordered <br />filed in the office of the Clerk. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Graves, seconded by Commissioner <br />Macdonald the application of J. Hunter Smith for pistol permit was <br />unanimously approved. <br />A letter from Warren A. Becker referred to the Administrator <br />concerning drainage problems in Tropicolony was received and filed <br />in the office of the Clerk. <br />• <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner Graves, seconded by Commissioner <br />Macdonald and unanimously carried the List of Errors, Insolvencies and <br />
