( ITS) to perform the groundwater sampling. The samples will be analyzed for the Permit Renewal <br /> Ground Water Monitoring Parameters in accordance with Paragraph 10 of the current Monitoring <br /> Plan Implementation Schedule, which was revised on March 7, 2011 . <br /> ENCU will perform the laboratory analysis under IRC SWDD ' s contract. The laboratory analytical <br /> reports must be delivered to CDM Smith no later than the close of business on April 18, 2012 in <br /> order to be included with the permit renewal application . CDM Smith will assist IRC SWDD in <br /> coordinating the analytical testing activities with ENCO, notify FDEP prior to sampling as required <br /> by the MPIS, review the analytical test results, and submit them as an attachment to the permit <br /> renewal application . <br /> Subtask 1 . 3 - Submit Permit Renewal Application <br /> The following will be produced and submitted : <br /> ■ CDM Smith will provide one draft copy of the landfill operations permit renewal application for <br /> IRC SWDD to review by close of business on April 16, 2012 . <br /> ■ CDM Smith will meet with IRC SWDD on the afternoon of April 17, 2012 to review and discuss <br /> the comments on the draft permit renewal application . <br /> ■ CDM Smith will prepare the final permit renewal application based on the comments obtained <br /> from IRC SWDD and submit the completed permit application and supporting documents to <br /> FDEP . CDM Smith will submit four copies of the completed permit application to FDEP by April <br /> 20 , 2012 . <br /> ■ CDM Smith will provide two copies of the permit application to IRC SWDD. <br /> ■ if requested by FDEP, CDM Smith will provide supplemental information in order to complete <br /> the application . Field work is not included . <br /> TASK 2 - MONITORING PLAN IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE TECHNICAL REPORT <br /> CDM Smith will prepare and submit a technical report in accordance with Chapter 62 - <br /> 701 . 510 ( 9 ) ( b ), F.A. C, and Paragraph 35 of the current Monitoring Plan Implementation Schedule, <br /> which was revised on March 7 , 2011 . The report will be based on laboratory data received from IRC <br /> SWDD . The report is required every 2 . 5 years during the active life of the facility. The report will <br /> include : <br /> 1 . Tabular displays of any data which shows that a monitoring parameter has been <br /> detected, and graphical displays of any leachate key indicator parameters detected <br /> (such as pH , specific conductance, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) , TOC, sulfate, chloride, <br /> sodium and iron ), including hydrograph for all monitor wells , <br /> 2 . Trend analyses of any monitoring parameters consistently detected ; <br /> 3 . Comparisons among shallow, middle, and deep zone wells; <br /> 4 . Comparisons between background water quality and the water quality in detection and <br /> compliance wells; <br /> 5 . Correlations between related parameters such as total dissolved solids and specific <br /> conductance; <br /> 6 .
