7 . An interpretation of the ground water contour maps, including an evaluation of ground <br /> water flow rates; and <br /> 8 . An evaluation of the adequacy of the water quality monitoring frequency and sampling <br /> locations based upon site conditions . <br /> ASSUMPTIONS <br /> ■ IRC SWDD will be responsible for permit application fees. <br /> ■ The C & D debris landfill groundwater monitor wells will need to be sampled and analyzed for <br /> the Permit Renewal Ground Water Monitoring Parameters listed in Paragraph 10 of the MPIS <br /> ■ IRC SWDD will be responsible for laboratory analysis fees. <br /> ■ Laboratory analytical reports will be due to CDM Smith by April 18, 2012 . <br /> ■ There have been no changes to the current Operations or Closure Plans . <br /> ■ A CCA treated wood management plan will need to be added to the current Operations Plan . <br /> ■ No additional survey will be required . <br /> ■ No additional geotechnical or hydrogeological investigations will be required . <br /> ■ This Scope of Services does not include any meetings with FDEP . <br /> DATA OR ASSISTANCE TO BE PROVIDED BY IRC SWDD <br /> ■ Existing data available on construction of the existing groundwater monitor wells <br /> ■ A complete copy of the previous biennial report <br /> ■ Relevant correspondence and documentation regarding operation of the C &D debris landfill <br /> during the last permit cycle <br /> ■ Relevant correspondence and documentation regarding compliance with the applicable rules <br /> and regulations <br /> ■ Available site surveys <br /> ■ Available record information <br /> ■ Laboratory analytical reports and direct access to laboratory personnel <br /> ■ Application fee <br /> PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> The following project schedule has been developed based on receiving authorization on before <br /> April 17 , 2012 . <br /> Task 1 : CDM Smith will provide a draft copy of the permit renewal application for IRC SWDD to <br /> review by close of business on April 16, 2012 . CDM Smith will meet with IRC SWDD on <br /> the afternoon of April 17 , 2012 to review and discuss the comments on the draft permit <br /> renewal application . The final permit renewal application will be submitted to FDEP by <br /> April 20, 2012 . <br /> Task 2 : The draft MPIS Technical Report will be submitted to IRC SWDD by May 22 , 2012 . CDM <br /> Smith shall receive review comments from IRC SWDD by May 28, 2012 . The MPIS <br /> Technical Report will be submitted to FDEP by May 31 , 2012 , <br /> PAYMENT AND COMPENSATION <br /> Compensation for the Scope of Services described herein shall be made on the basis of a lump sum <br /> fee . The lump sum fee for Tasks 1 through 2 , inclusive, is $ 54, 900 as shown in Exhibit B . CDM Smith <br /> will invoice IRC SWDD on a monthly basis based on percent complete of each task.
