A Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner Graves and the following Budget Amendment was <br />unanimously approved: <br />1967-68 BUDGET AMENDMENT <br />General Fund Revenue <br />1423 Donation from Non -Governmental Body <br />$1,765.00 <br />General Fund Expenditures <br />68400.3 Parks and Recreation-Kiwanis-Hobart Park $1,765.00 <br />* * * * * * * * <br />James L. Beindorf appeared before the Board in behalf of Milton <br />Link and requested zoning°changes to be made in the proposed <br />• <br />Moorings Subdivision. A Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, <br />seconded by Commissioner Graves and unanimously carried that the <br />public hearing for zoning changes for The Moorings be set for <br />September 26 at 9:00 o'clock A. M. <br />Mr. Beindorf also requested approval of an access channel to <br />The Moorings from the Intra Coastal Waterway. A Motion was made <br />by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Bogosian and <br />unanimously carried that a letter be prepared by the County Attorney <br />'stating that the Board has no objections to the navigational <br />channel and that approval of the Board is given subject to the <br />arobal of the Internal Improvement Fund. <br />Public Hearing for the rezoning of Lots 3,4,5,6,19,20,21 and <br />22, Pinewood Subdivision from Ri to Cl was on Motion made by <br />Commissioner Graves, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald, unanimously <br />set for September 26 at 9:00 o'clock A. M. <br />The. County Administrator presented the final plat of the <br />Suba3,dvision known as Sun Crest Terrace Subdivision and recommended <br />its final approval subject to a one year maintenance by the <br />subdivider on roads and drainage ditches and. County Inspection of <br />roads and drainage ditches before being accepted by the County. <br />Upon a Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by. Commissioner <br />Bogosian the final approval was unanimously given for Sun Crest Terrace <br />•Subdivision under the provisions as stated above. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />Bogosian and unanimously carried the Board adopted a policy that Miami <br />AUG 217 Beek 11 PAGE332 <br />
