Mr. Sappington. and Mr. Black appeared before the Board on behalf
<br />of the United Fund, and requested that payroll deductions be allowed
<br />for the Fund from County Employees' payroll checks. They were
<br />informed that the Board of County Commissioners have .jurisdiction
<br />only over the Road and Bridge Employees. A Motion was made by Commissioner
<br />Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Graves andunanimously carried that
<br />the County Administrator be authorized to work with the agents of the
<br />United Fund and to take the necessary action to carry out their program.
