A Motion was made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by <br />Commissioner Graves and the following Resolution was unanimously <br />adopted: RESOLUTION NO. 68- 61 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, resolves: <br />That the Agreement between Indian River County, Florida, and the <br />City of Vero Beach, Florida, dated November 17, 1967, pertaining to the City <br />performing the duties and functions of the Building Department of the County <br />has resulted in an arrangement entirely satisfactory to the County and of <br />mutual benefit to the parties and the citizens which the parties e. <br />That said Agreement in Paragraph 8 provides th t it may be can- <br />celled by either party giving notice to the other but rather than a notice of <br />cancellation, the County by this Resolution advises the City that it is its <br />present intention to continue this arrangement indefinitely and the County <br />inquires as to whether or not this intention is shared by the City.
