i a <br /> ARTICLE 34 <br /> ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br /> 34 . 1 The parties acknowledge that during the negotiations which resulted in this <br /> agreement , each had the unlimited right to make demands and proposals with <br /> respect to any subject or matter not removed by law from the area of collective <br /> bargaining . They , therefore , each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waive the right for <br /> the term of this agreement to bargain collectively with respect to any matter <br /> referred to or covered in this agreement , or with respect to any subject or matter <br /> not specifically referred to or covered by this agreement . This contract represents <br /> the entire agreement between the parties and no other agreements or practices <br /> are binding upon either party hereto with respect to wages , hours or working <br /> conditions of the employees covered hereby . The employer shall not be <br /> obligated to continue any benefits or employee practices which it has given or <br /> engaged in prior to the execution of this agreement unless such benefits or <br /> practices are specifically set forth in this agreement , and past practices of the <br /> employer will not be considered in interpreting this agreement . <br /> 48 <br />
