<br />Indian River County, Florida, will
<br />receive bids at the hour of 9:00
<br />A. M. Wednesday, January 8, 1969
<br />and at said time publicly open same
<br />at the meeting of said Board, to be
<br />held in the County Commission
<br />Room, Indian River Courthouse,
<br />Vero Beach, Florida; all bids should
<br />be marked — Painting of Ambu-
<br />lance Building. Specifications may
<br />be obtained in Room 114, Court-

<br />(1.) -- Paint Exterior of Building,
<br />one (1) coat of Sherwin-Williams
<br />oil paint or equal, brand to be
<br />approved before application; Color
<br />to match exterior awnings, as near
<br />as possible. Any blistered or peeled
<br />paint shall first be sanded down,
<br />and spot primed before final coat
<br />of paint.
<br />(2) — Under eaves of overhang
<br />shall be brushed cleaned, then
<br />prime coat applied, before finish
<br />coat is applied.
<br />(3) — Paint all exterior facia
<br />boards one (1) coat oil paint —
<br />white.
<br />(4) Brush clean entire garage,
<br />ceiling, give one (1) coat prime and
<br />none (1) coat finish paint, color to be
<br />/'selected; paint all walls of garage

<br />(5) — Paint men's and women's
<br />bedrooms, including bathrooms (2),

<br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by Commissioner
<br />Bogosian and unanimously:<tariaied that the Administrator take the
<br />bid for evaluation.
<br />Bertram Bellay, appearing before the Board on a tax assessment
<br />problem was referred to the office of the County Tax Assessor.
<br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by Commissioner
<br />Massey and unanimously carried the application by Florida Power and
<br />Light Company for a submarine cable beneath the Indian River, south
<br />MA 12 PAGE 70
<br />of SR 510 was approved.
