Signing and pavement marking for traffic control shall conform to the requirements of the Standard Specifications (2010) , Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices , Supplemental Specifications , Roadway and Traffic Design Standards , I anufacturer' s specifications . Be Traffic Signs : All existing signs which are the property of the Owner shall be transported to the Indian River County Road and Bridge Maintenance Yard by the Contractor during construction if they are within the construction limits . Care shall be exercised by the Contractor during removal , storage and relocation so as not to damage the signs . If any damage occurs, as determined by the Owner's Engineer or Resident Construction Inspector, the sign shall be replaced by the Contractor with no compensation . C .
