In addition to the two items listed above the following two items are also a duplication . <br /> 05215 4 FDOT index 423 Barrier Wall 332 LF; 05216 3 FDOT Index 6120 Coping/Sidewalk 332 LF. <br /> The Itemized Bid Schedule has been revised to delete the duplicated items. <br /> QUESTION NO. 5 <br /> During the meeting IRC indicated that alltesting would be done by the owner, "IRC" . Does this include <br /> the PDA during pile driving operations,, and any vibration monitoring? Also, to eliminate the bid item <br /> " Pile Dynamic Load Testing 1- LS. Please clarify. <br /> ANSWER NO. 5 <br /> The PDA testing during the pile driving operation will be conducted by the OWNERS Consultant. <br /> Although the PDA testing will not be the CONTRACTORS responsibility he/she will be required for any <br /> vibration monitoring. The Itemized Bid Schedule has been revised to delete the Pay Item 455- 137 <br /> "Pile Dynamic Load Testing"- 1 LS on the 33rdy37 th , 45th and 49th Street bridges. <br /> QUESTION NO. 6 <br /> Being that this project is federally funded by the State — is there any wage rates required ? <br /> ANSWER NO. 6 <br /> No wage requirements on the subject project .
